1. Discuss the details
of project development stages.
Answer : Introduction.
As a project manager you need to
be very clear in your own mind what the project development stages are that you
will have to go through. A good project manager will apply their management
skills in a structured manner, requiring them to identify the times and
circumstances that those skills and practices will need to be deployed and
applied. This is no longer the black art that it was once perceived to be. All
you need to do is understand what the main stages of project development are,
applying the relevant skills to each stage in order to manage it
2.Write an essay on Project Planning.
Answer : Project planning in teams is crucial at the
beginning of a project but remains necessary throughout the whole life of the
project.
Project planning is the single
most important tool for ensuring that a project will be completed successfully.
Without project planning it is very likely that a project will fail, even if
the project has sufficient budget, excellent resources and an undefined
deadline. This kind of projects would not be clearly defined, and will have
many resources wasted and left unused while the project is blocked waiting for
critical information or some task to be finished
3.Explain Project Control and evaluation.
Answer : Control relates to the
watching over of the project and making adjustments as necessary. Evaluation
has to do with obtaining data/information for analysis relating to project or
process success or lack thereof. Both have to do with measuring progress toward
project objectives and identifying and addressing deviations.
In every project there are many
factors that must be controlled or evaluated. Some areas include:
·
scope
·
time
·
cost

5.What is change Management? Explain.
Answer : Here are some rules for
effective management of change. Managing organizational change will be more
successful if you apply these simple principles. Achieving personal change will
be more successful too if you use the same approach where relevant. Change management
entails thoughtful planning and sensitive implementation, and above all,
consultation with, and involvement of, the people affected by the changes. If
you force change on people normally problems arise. Change must be realistic,
achievable and measurable. These aspects are especially relevant to managing
personal change. Before starting organizational change, ask yourself: What do
we want to achieve with this change, why, and how will we know that the change
has been achieved? Who is affected by this change, and how will they react to
it? How
